A moderation workflow, mid-run.

Linea is our own product. Teams build agent workflows visually: drag in an agent, memory, a router or an approval gate, then run it.

Why we built it

Linea is our own product. After building agents for clients, we kept rebuilding the same plumbing: a way to design the workflow, run it safely, give it tools and memory, and see what it did. Linea is that plumbing as one platform.

The hard part

Agents are easy to demo and hard to trust in production. Teams need to see every step, stop risky actions for a human, measure quality over time, and know exactly which tools an agent can touch.

  • Visibility into every run
  • Humans in the loop for risky steps
  • Tools with explicit permissions
  • Quality you can measure

What we designed

A visual workflow editor with a palette of nodes: agents, memory, routers and if/else, HTTP and MCP tools, transforms, loops, parallel branches, waits, approval gates, evaluators and sub-workflows. A template gallery gets teams started in minutes, from a Slack digest to a GitHub PR reviewer.

Around the editor: executions, schedules and webhooks, a knowledge base, evals, metrics, usage and an audit log.

Under the hood

The platform under the editor.

The platform under the editor.

What we built

A control plane for building, versioning and deploying agents, and a runtime where every agent runs in an isolated sandbox. A memory layer covers vector, short-term, knowledge-base and user memory. A gateway gives agents tools over MCP, with a registry and per-tool permissions.

Workflows run on a durable engine, so long jobs survive restarts, and every run streams logs, traces and metrics to observability dashboards.

  • Sandboxed agent runtime
  • Memory: vector, short-term, knowledge, user
  • MCP gateway with tool permissions
  • Durable workflows and full tracing
